With departure from Caniço, the blue circuit, translates into a mixed of beaches along the coast with the beauty of the city and its gardens, its culture and historical meaning. This circuit passes through an area essentially dominated by human intervention, where the built heritage stands out. At the beginning of the tour we have Quinta Splêndida, the only botanical garden hotel in Madeira and its luxurious gardens with more than 1000 different species of plants.

The statue of Christ-king at Garajau will be the next viewpoint with a magnificent view over Funchal bay. Moving to Neves Viewpoint, where you can get a glimpse of one of the better island landscapes, wich opens in amphitheater, embracing the sea.

Already in the center of the capital we travel the long avenues among the main monuments like the Cathedral (Sé), Baltazar Dias Municipal Theatre or Regional Government Palace. We follow the Hotels zone, where on the slopes, lean over luxurious units that serve and honor our tourism.

Later, at Câmara de Lobos where the ocean slowly kisses the land all the time, we will climb till Pico da Torre, 205 meters of altitude, and there you will be able to enjoy a panoramic view over the village bay. Up hillside we find Cabo Girão Viewpoint, famous for its SKYWALK – suspended Glass platform at 580 meters of elevation wich provide a great and at the same time vertiginous vision over Fajãs do Rancho. Back to where we started we can´t forget to visit the Pico dos Barcelos Balcony and his view over Funchal amphitheater.
